Returns/ Exchange

Because we work with limited runs and thoughtfully designed pieces, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your comfort matters to us. If something doesn’t fit right, or the colour feels different than expected, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. However, this will be done only if the product is still in pristine, unused condition – which means, no tears, lipstick stains or any other such visible proofs of wear and tear. To initiate an exchange, simply ship the product back to us within 2 days of receiving it — and we’ll help you find the right piece. In case you do not like anything from our website, we can issue you a credit note that can be used within a year from issue.

Refunds

Only if you cancel the order before it is shipped, we will be in a position to refund the same. Once the order is shipped, refunds won’t be possible.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
