📦 When do you ship?​

We ship once a week, every Friday (for now!). Once your order is on its way, we’ll share tracking details and let you know how long delivery will take based on your location.

🚚 Who handles delivery?

We use trusted courier partners to keep your order safe. In these early days, courier charges may apply.

💳 Do you offer refunds?

Not at the moment. Since we make limited, thoughtful pieces, we can’t process refunds or returns just yet.

♻️ Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If the fit isn’t right or the colour feels different than expected, you can request an exchange. Just send the product back to us within 2 days of receiving it.
