Refund / Cancellation Policy
1) Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible
2)Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
- The product has manufacturing defects
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3) Return Request Time
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4) Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products damaged by the customer
5) Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will typically be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we process refunds through bank transfer or provide store credit.
6) Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product due to size or defect issues, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
