At Sayoori Woman, every piece is created with thought and care, and we want your experience with us to feel the same. As a new, self-financed brand with just one pair of hands working behind the scenes, our shipping process is a little different (for now!).
đź’Ś Shipping Schedule
We currently dispatch orders once a week, every Friday. This allows us to manage each order with personal attention until we grow into the steady rhythm of larger, established brands. Once your order is shipped, we’ll update you with tracking details and an estimated delivery time based on your location.
đźšš Courier Charges
To ensure your pieces reach you safely and reliably, we’re partnering with trusted shipping providers. In these early days, courier charges may be passed on to you — we hope you’ll see it as part of supporting a small, independent label finding its wings.
♻️ Refunds & Exchanges
Because we work with limited runs and thoughtfully designed pieces, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, your comfort matters to us. If something doesn’t fit right, or the colour feels different than expected, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.
To initiate an exchange, simply ship the product back to us within 2 days of receiving it — and we’ll help you find the right piece.
